Dr. Matthew Mulford is an Affiliate Professor at HEC-Paris, a Senior Research Fellow at the London School of Economics and a Visiting Faculty at the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin. He is formally a founding Dean of the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program. TRIUM is a joint EMBA offered by New York University's Stern Business School, HEC School of Management in Paris, and the London School of Economics. The degree was ranked as one of the top 5 in the world by the FT in each of the years of his Deanship. Prior to his Deanship, he was a senior lecturer in quantitative methods and negotiation analysis at the London School of Economics (LSE). His research interests include the psychology of judgment and decision making in interdependent interactions, negotiation analysis, experimental game theory, and experimental research design. Dr. Mulford has designed, directed and/or taught executive training courses in more than 20 countries for a variety of clients, including: Allianz, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bosch, Commercial Bank of Qatar, Deutsche Bank, EADS, Ericsson, Gallup, Gold Fields, Indian National Railroad, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Linklaters, MAF-Carrefour, MTS, Qatar Foundation, Qtel, Rusal, Siemens, Standard Chartered Bank, Statoil, Syngenta, ThyssenKrupp, and Total.
In addition to his work in the commercial sector, Dr Mulford has worked for various governmental agencies. For the UK's National Audit Office he evaluated the methodology used in value for money studies of various UK Government Ministries, including the Home Office, NHS and Ministry of Defence. He also has delivered training on negotiations for a selection of civil servants in the Home Office of the UK. Finally, he worked with the United Nations Development Program to deliver training in negotiations and decision making in Croatia.
Colombian executive with over 31 years of experience in the energy sector in Colombia as well as internationally. During the last five and half years, until March 2023, he acted as CEO of Ecopetrol, the leading diversified energy group in Colombia and one of the most important in Latin America.
During his time in Ecopetrol, beginning in February 2016 as COO and later as CEO since September 2017, he led the transformation and energy transition strategy of the company. Some of his main achievements as CEO were:
i) the lowest injury frequency rate in the company’s history that positioned Ecopetrol as one of the safest companies of the industry in the world,
ii) the successful management of the crisis originated by the pandemic in 2020, becoming one of the few companies of the industry to post positive net income in that year,
iii) the achievement of all-time high financial results in 2022, after two crises in less than a decade,
iv) the entry into the Permian basin in the United States (unconventional hydrocarbons), one of the most profilic ones in the world,
v) the Gorgon and Uchuva gas discoveries in the Colombian Caribbean offshore which will be fundamental for the energy sovereignty of the country,
vi) the continued improvement of the quality of fuels in Colombia,
vii) the company’s entry into renewable energies, hydrogen, natural climate solutions, and CCUS (carbon capture, utilization and storage),
viii) the strengthening of the corporate governance model which positioned Ecopetrol as a referent of high standards in this matter in Colombia and Latin America, and
ix) the successful structuring and closing of the acquisition of the controlling stake (51.4%) in Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. (ISA), one of the most important transactions in the region in the last decade.
Furthermore, he has been a leading voice in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the sector, through several initiatives and projects that have been awarded by different organizations at both local and international level.
He has been a member of different platforms of the World Economic Forum like the Oil and Gas Governors community, in topics such as energy transition, sustainability, technology, amongst other. He has been invited as keynote speaker in the most renowned energy global conferences like CERAWeek® and Reuters Global Energy Transition in the United States, APPEC in Singapore, and ADIPEC in the United Arab Emirates.
María Fernanda has more than 25 years of experience in the private and public sectors. From 2018 to 2020, she was Colombia's Minister of Mines and Energy. In this capacity, she architected the country’s energy transition plan. Also she set the plan for bringing electricity to half a million Colombians for the first time. In addition, she led the roadmap for non-conventional
reservoirs in Colombia, establishing a long-term diversified energy strategy for the country.
Prior to this, Maria Fernanda led an efficiency and transformation plan as Executive Chief Financial Officer & Strategy at Ecopetrol, one of the largest corporations in LatAm. Her strategic direction positioned the firm amongst the most efficient player in the oil and gas sector in Colombia. She has held leadership positions in the Ministry of Finance, Porvenir Pension Fund, Citibank, Abn Amro and Bank of America. She is currently a board member of Organización Corona and Corficolombiana, and has previously served on the boards of ISA, Isagen, Cenit, and Ocensa.
Camilo Zea is CEO of Pronus, an Investment Boutique in companies in the Financial Sector and FINTECH Regulated. He has more than 20 years of experience in the private and public sector, including Banco de la República, Ministry of Finance, Financial Superintendence and the Bogota Subway. Pronus is today the largest local structurer of financial licenses
Regulated and Fintechs. Camilo is an Economist from the Universidad de los Andes, with a Master's in Economics from the same university and a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Development Harvard International. He is a member of various boards of directors (ISA, ISA Bolivia, BNP Paribas Securities Services, Ualet, EAN University and the Educational Corporation Los walnut trees). Likewise, he has been a professor at the Universidad de los Andes for 2 decades.
Randall P. White, Ph.D., is the co-head of leadership in TRIUM, a joint program from HEC, London School of Economics, and NYU Stern. He has served as the head of leadership in the English modular eMBA at HEC and taught at the Johnson School of Business, Cornell University, and at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. His early career was spent at the Center for Creative Leadership. He is the founding partner of the Executive Development Group LLC, a high-end firm that specializes in leadership development and works regularly with C-suite executives and the Boards of large global organizations. Randy continues to serve as an adjunct faculty member at the Fuqua School.
The author of three books and more than 100 articles and book chapters, Dr. White’s writing illuminates leadership, talent management and executive coaching. He is a quoted source on leadership in the consumer and trade press.
In 1987, Dr. White co-authored the best-selling business book, Breaking The Glass Ceiling: Can Women Reach The Top Of America's Largest Corporations?; and in 1996, The Future of Leadership: Riding the Corporate Rapids into the 21st Century. He also co-authored Four Essential Ways That Coaching Can Help Executives in 1998 and Relax, It's Only Uncertainty in 2001, which culminated in the development of Ambiguity Architect, a 360 assessment that measures the ability to cope with uncertainty. Relax is scheduled for rerelease this fall. In 2009, he contributed the capstone chapter to The Perils of Accentuating the Positive, challenging the strengths-based leadership movement. In the past several years, he has written a variety of pieces for Chief Learning Officer and the Journal of Consulting Psychology. Much of Dr. White’s work appears in multiple Western languages and Chinese.
Dr. White earned an AB from Georgetown University, an MS from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and a Ph.D. from Cornell University. As past president of the Society of Consulting Psychology (SCP), Division 13 of the American Psychological Association, a Fellow in Divisions 1 and 13 of the American Psychological Association, a Lifetime Fellow of the American Psychological Society, a Salzburg Fellow on Women’s Issues and a past board member of the American Society for Training and Development, Dr. White has continually participated in the advancement of consulting psychology for leadership development. He also serves as a reviewer for several APA journals including the Journal of Consulting Psychology.
Dr. White contributes consulting time to Save The Children, the Paralympics (in sailing), and other international philanthropic causes. When not in airports, Randy enjoys cycling, sailing and the people and food of Miami.

Javier Díaz worked as president of Renta 4 Global, a fiduciary who tripled its monthly revenues, doubled its administered assets, and significantly increased the number of clients while in office. Between 2013 and 2017, he worked as Commercial Vice-president and Corporate Vice-president ad int. of the Colombian Stock Exchange Markets, where he actively enhanced the business model transformation, promoted the first SMEs fintech for their financing -through capital markets- and contributed to double the consolidated income of the Stock Exchange. While he also served as a member of the boards of the Colombian Foreign Exchange Clearing House, SET-ICAP, Precia (former Infovalmer), and Derivex. He is a founding member of the Colombian Institute of Corporate Governance.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Grupo Aval, Colombia's most significant financial Group. Between 2010 and 2012, he managed the Group's registration process with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and participated in local and international securities offers for more than 2,700 million dollars. Before joining Grupo Aval, he founded and acted as CEO of Andes Capital, an investment fund in Colombia. Until 2007, he served as Chief Counsel of the Multilateral Investment Fund of the IDB, based in Washington. He also worked as an associate at the Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton law firms in New York and Cárdenas & Cárdenas in Colombia.
He holds a master's degree in international business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University (USA) and earned his undergraduate degree in law from the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia.

Ricardo Sierra graduated from Universidad EAFIT with an undergraduate Degree in Business Administration and held postgraduate studies in Political Studies from the same institution. Afterward, he completed his Executive MBA from the TRIUM Program (London School of Economics, HEC Paris, and New York University). He started his professional career in the financial sector, taking positions in credit analysis, financial planning, and brokerage between 1989 and 1994. Later, he joined Corfinsura Investment Banking Division from 1994 to 2005, when he joined Cementos Argos as its CFO, where he co-led the transformation process experienced in the Organization. In 2012, after the merger of all several cement companies under Cementos Argos, he joined the newly formed holding, Grupo Argos, where he played a crucial role in expanding its portfolio. In 2015 he was appointed Celsia’s CEO, Grupo Argos’s energy business in Colombia, Panamá, Honduras, and Costa Rica. Currently, he serves as a Board Member of La Fundación Educadora Infantil Carla Cristina, Socya, and Medellin’s Museum of Modern Arts and a member of the Executive Committee of PROPACÍFICO.
Corinne Dauger graduated from HEC in 1984 and completed her academic track with an artistic education in the Brussels Royal Academy of Fine Arts and the Prado Madrid Academic Art School.
She started her career with the Procter & Gamble Group for which she has been working 18 years. During this period, she took several Executive positions at local (France) and regional (Europe) levels, as General Manager Fabric Care Business Unit for Europe, the largest P&G Business Unit.
With a view to expressing her passion for creativity and craftsmanship, she joined the HERMÈS group in 2002 as Vice President in charge of “Métiers”, the business unit responsible for product creation, manufacturing and sales to the HERMÈS network for all HERMÈS core product categories, namely leather ware, fashion, jewellery, silk…
Late 2005, Corinne Dauger left France after she left the HERMÈS Group to live in Spain (Madrid) where she dedicated herself to both executive teaching and consulting activities as well as to her own artistic expression. She is back to Paris since fall 2008.
She teaches in HEC International Executive MBA programs in Paris, Beijing, Shanghai and Doha, focusing on Brand Building Strategies, Communication and Luxury Management.
Corinne also works as an independent consultant on Strategic Brand Development and Creative Strategies, for global Luxury and Mass Prestige businesses such as LVMH, CHANEL, PORSCHE, L’OCCITANE and COTY, as well as for industrial and service B2B Brands such as SUEZ (resources & environment), TOTAL (Energy), MASEN (Renewable energy), or for Mass Market Companies such as PROCTER & GAMBLE (Pampers, Wella,…) and service businesses such as CNP (insurance), ROYAL AIR MAROC.
Alejandro has a Ph.D. in Economics, an M.Phil in Finance from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. in Economics from Boston University (Magna Cum Laude). He later completed a senior management program for real estate companies at the IE Business School, Madrid.
Before being an entrepreneur, Alejandro spend some years in academia and research, publishing several papers, and was also a professor of economics for the MBA program at the IE. He also had two public posts at the DNP, first as Subdirector of Technological Division (1994-96), and then while being Director of Infrastructure, Telecoms, and Energy (2002-2004) he led the private-public partnership for infrastructure program (GEINF) funded by the WB and the IADB, and the Public Asset Management project of the State Renovation Program. During this time, Alejandro coordinated the design of the National Development Plan for the infrastructure, telecom and energy sector, together with the research and action plans which laid the strategic and technical foundations for major structural reforms and projects in the sector.
In 2004, Alejandro founded LAB, a real estate development and management company of branded projects - UDARA, DIVERPLAZA, KUBIK. He has led the company as CEO until today, executing projects in several markets, including residential, hotel, co-living, and mix used and retail centers in Colombia and Miami. LAB is a pioneer company in the development, asset and property management of a wholly leased shopping center in Colombia - Diverplaza (2004). LAB is now focused on expanding and escalating its UDARA branded projects based on the company’s higher purpose - CREATING SPACES THAT INSPIRE, CONNECT AND TRANSFORM.
In 2009, Alejandro founded Fundación Diverplaza (FD), LAB’s corporate social responsibility foundation, which has been responsible for having a positive impact on over 2200 kids and over 2000 families in Colombia for almost 15 years.
Jaime Bermúdez Merizalde graduated from the Universidad de los Andes, Law School, and is Ph.D in Political Science at the University of Oxford. He has served as Advisor for Communications of the President´s Office, Ambassador to Argentina and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia. He was the Chairman of Lazard Colombia, for 12 years. He currently sits at the Board of Grupo Carvajal, Amarilo y Tecnoquímicas. He has published two books, La audacia del poder, and most recently Por qué incumplimos la ley.
Ana Liza Grandner is an internationally recognized leader in the Fintech banking space, with deep experience in the digital payments ecosystem and Banking as a Service. She has built and been heavily involved with some of the most transformational brands in Fintech.
Grandner has over 15 years of experience in financial services with major banks and Fintechs. She is the Chief Payments Officer at First Fed, bridging the Fintech space and the Community Bank. Prior to First Fed she was VP, Head of Fintech Banking, and Head of The Payroll Protection Program at Cross River, a payments technology leader and BaaS provider with cards and lending solutions. Under her leadership, the bank was the top community bank issuing and supporting PPP loans.
Prior to Cross River, Grandner was Director of Private Label Banking at The Bancorp, a leader in the financial services and payments industry. Her portfolio included accounts with Google, Simple, Varo, Bento, and others. Her leadership in this space has been recognized by several international conferences that have featured her as an invited speaker, including the Most Influential Women in Payments Summit at Card Forum, where she gave the keynote address.
Grandner began her financial services career with client-facing roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citibank, and Vanguard.
Grandner earned a bachelor's degree from Yale University. She later completed the Global Executive MBA from TRIUM, a degree jointly awarded by New York University Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and Political Science, and HEC Paris.
Tamika currently serves as Vice-President and Chief Diversity Officer at Amgen and is responsible for developing, operationalizing, and evaluating execution of DEI strategies and initiatives. She is dedicated to ensuring the workforce reflects the globally diverse communities served, cultivating an inclusive workplace culture of belonging, and facilitating equitable and sustainable change that drives business and social impact.
Tamika has over 25 years in the biopharmaceutical space and began her career journey as a sales representative with Johnson & Johnson. Tamika joined Amgen in 2001 and has gained diverse leadership experience in sales, marketing, account management, payer access strategy, and human resources.
Prior to appointment to Chief Diversity Officer, Tamika earned a reputation as a “change agent” for diversity, equity, inclusion and beyond by challenging the status quo in various roles throughout her career. Tamika has served as the Global Co-Chair for Amgen Black Employee Network (ABEN) and was an integral part of the leadership team that launched the first field-based Employee Resource Group (ERG) with Women Empowered to be Exceptional (WE2), which is now a sustainable model for other Amgen field-based ERGs. Maria Jose Rubio de Hart is a Business Administrator, specialized in human development who dedicated 25 years to the social sector, in education and microfinance foundations. She is passionate about human development and always seeking solutions for well being.
In 2019, with a clear vision that transformations require innovative business models, she decided to cofound Toynovo, a B Company, recognized by the World Economic Forum as a solution to plastic waste. Toynovo is transforming the toy industry from consumption and material centered, to sustainable and human centered, as a means to promote quality relationships, through play, with a Circular Economy model.
In March 2020, she co founded, with several colleagues, Colombia Cuida Colombia, CCC, a movement based on trust, to respond to covid, reaching +3M Colombians with health and food solutions. CCC was born with the philosophy that solutions to social problems have to be System’s based, so it focuses on connecting and articulating stakeholders for systems change. This is done by training stakeholders on collaborative models, promoting ecosystems, and aiming for a cultural change towards collaborative systems change. CCC is a Skoll Grantee and is currently collaborating with Suma Social (USAID) on a collaborative model to scale Compromiso Valle in other regions of Colombia.
Carla Guzzetti is the Senior Vice President, Experience and Product Messaging for Extreme Networks. She oversees the in-product design, user research, user enablement, and product
marketing.
Carla believes that building a meaningful experience for Extreme’s users and buyers increases brand awareness, customer references, and wallet share.
Carla has piloted thought leadership, business development, and partnership-building initiatives throughout her career as a corporate brand spokesperson and public-facing industry
expert. She has led global sales teams to garner record increases in sales of solutions, media, and partnerships across multiple revenue streams while personally forging alliances with
internationally recognized brands. She also served on Facebook and Amazon advertising advisory boards to guide the initial vision and launch strategies for paid marketing partnerships.

Diego Navarro has worked in the digital sector in Latam for the past 8 years, both in the Fintech and E-commerce industries. He has been responsible for both regulated and non-regulated fintech operations and for marketplace operations in Colombia. Previously, he worked at Bain & Company in Brazil. He holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, a Finance degree from CESA, and a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de los Andes.
Santiago Botero is a Colombian serial entrepreneur and philanthropist.
With a BS in Agronomic Engineer from El Zamorano (Honduras) and an MBA and Banking Senior Management Program from INCAE Business School (Costa Rica), Santiago, CEO and founder of Finsocial and SBO Lab, has more than two decades of experience in originating and managing consumer credit portfolios, specifically in financing motorcycles and offering payroll deduction loans for niche sectors such as public school teachers, pensioners, entrepreneurs, and single-mother households.
